This Program is including two separate modules,
**The first entitled
"Microbial and Biochemical Diagnosis"

The second entitles
"Molecular Diagnosis"

First Module: "Microbial and Biochemical Diagnosis"

**Lab management and Quality Control

**Urine analysis
-------------------
• Sample type and preservation (early morning, midstream, random, catheter)

• Physical characteristics (odor, color, appearance, PH, specificity)

• Chemical analysis using manual protocols (protein; heat coagulation, Glucose; Benedict, ketone; Rothera`s) and urine strips

• Microscopic examination: cells; pus cells, RBCs, epithelial, crystals, casts,
others)

• Urine culture (sensitivity test); microbiology
