Referring to the decision of the Council of private Universities No. 33 celebrated on 5-8-2014 containing the approval to increase the proportion of scholarships in private universities to be 5% of the prescribed numbers in addition to scholarships and discounts offered by the university in their programs, with the same conditions of the academic year 2013/2014.
