Today, the Court of Cassation issued a final ruling in Case No. 23678 of Year 1989 which rules the validity of the elections for the Suez Canal Company’s board of directors, as well as the validity of the formation of the company’s board of directors. Accordingly, all company management decisions are valid, sound and binding, including the decision to form the October 6 University Board of Trustees.
