The required documents from the Egyptian students
• Photocopies of the identity card or passport
• Original copy of the Egyptian Secondary Diploma or equivalent
• Original birth certificate
• 6 recent photos
• Form 2 “GOND” (For Male Egyptian Students)
• Students transferring from another university must bring their military recruitment papers and the withdrawal letter from the university he/she is transferring from.
Note
Egyptian students obtaining an Egyptian Secondary Diploma from outside of Egypt need to have it certified at the Egyptian Embassy in the country of which the certificate is received from, as well as a documenting the diploma at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the same country.
Tuition fees paid in Egyptian pounds
· Tuition fees can be paid in two installments, the first installment is paid at registration, and the second installment is paid no later than the beginning of December of the same year.
· Non-payment of tuition fees in time and the student may be deprived of being able to pay installments in the following years as well as being charged five hundred Egyptian pounds re-under expenses.
· Administrative expenses will be deducted from the tuition fees in the following condition:
· 10% of the full tuition fees before the start of the school year
· 25% of the full tuition fees within 15 days from the beginning of the school year (and are not recover any sums of money after that date)
· Student will not be granted clearance from the university except after full payment of tuition fees

· Housing and transportation expenses paid after tuition fees
· A student have the right to recoverable housing and transportation expenses prior to the beginning of the school year, after deducting the administrative expenses of 10%.
