 The community service and environmental development sector at the Faculty of Pharmacy October six university, organized a lecture on monoclonal antibodies and their applications in diagnosis and treatment.

In the presence of the University's Advisor for Cultural Relations Dr. Magdi Radhi ,Dr. Mohammed Rifaat Al-Ghabashy, Acting Dean of the Faculty of pharmacy and Undersecretary of the Faculty for Graduate Affairs and Scientific Research , Dean of the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences Dr. Ismail Hijaz , Dr. Nabawia Abdul Aziz, Undersecretary of the College for Education and Students Affairs, under the direct supervision of Dr. Samir Osman, Undersecretary of the Faculty of Pharmacy for Environmental Affairs and Community Service,  in the presence of many faculty members, Staff members and students from the Faculties of Dentistry , Applied Medical Sciences and Faculty of Pharmacy and in coordination with public relations.
The lecture was delivered by Dr. Ashraf Abdo Tabl, professor of medical biotechnology at the National Research Center, and the lecture included several important topics including:
§ Definition and production method of monoclonal antibodies.
§ Applications of  mouse monoclonal antibodies in immunodiagnosis.
§ Applications of  human monoclonal antibodies in immunotherapy.
§ Use of monoclonal antibodies and vaccine development .
§ Monoclonal antibodies in the market.
