 The International Conference organized by the (Amesea) & October 6 University will discuss the encounter of civilizations in the context of globalization as a contemporary input to deal with the problems of globalization and how digital technologies have contributed to the way and the roles of artist and artwork, management, educational and Art  institutions and cultural institutions. To achieve a balance between the advantages of interactive integration and protect the unique character of the local culture that requires a rational approach. It  will also addresses the development of culture to  be the core of development policies, rather than be limited to the rigid repair and conservation efforts, but on the contrary, investing in the potential of local resources, knowledge, skills and ways of promoting creativity and the efforts of sustainable progress. Hence, it is worth mentioning that the respect for the diversity of cultures create conditions for mutual understanding and benefit from the diversity of creativity and then dialogue and peace.

The purpose of the "Conference" is to find the starting points of the intellectual arts practices through  the encounter of civilizations rather than a clash of civilizations, and the opening of a multi-disciplinary conversation to discuss the role of the arts in society. Of providing a place to participate actively and testing and experimentation of the ideas and concepts of Arts and global contexts, on stage, in studios and theaters, in the classroom, in museums and galleries, in the streets and in local communities.

The International Society for Education through Art (InSEA) was founded in the wake of World War II in the twentieth century, where the Society is established on a global basis to target those concerned with education through art to be able to exchange experiences and improve practices and promote Art position in all levels of education, the Society also strengthen international cooperation and understanding between peoples and human right to participate freely in cultural life in the community and to enjoy the arts .
