Quality Assurance Center of October 6 University organized on the 22nd of September 2014 a workshop on "Safety & Occupational Health" for academic staff. The one-day sessions aimed at introducing the participants to the concepts of occupational health and safety and types of incidents and accidents, as well as precaution measures taken to help avoid hazards and mishaps. The workshop was co-trained by Dr. Mohammed Abdulla, associate professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy and Dr. Hala Mustafa ,lecturer at the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences of October 6 University.
