Participation in the awareness convoy "Second District Public School" – Monday 24/2/2025

under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Zaki Badr, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Prof. Mamdouh Ghorab, President of the University, Prof. Hisham Tamraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development and Prof. Dr Mona Abu Tabl, Dean of the Faculty and under the supervision of the Vice Deanship for Community Service and Environmental Development, the Faculty of Applied Arts honorably represented by the department of Advertising and its members  Dr. Abeer Salem and Dr. Heba Shaaban, the lecturer  assistant (  Tasbeeh Mohamed – ManarTarek - Maryam Yahya) and  the second-level students (Layal Hisham Mohamed - Sama Abdel Samad Khafaji - Mohamed Hassan Nabil -  Ahmed Mohamed Zain -  Omar Hossam), the goal of the activity is to achieve the Egyptian vision (2030) and achieving some of the sustainable development goals (4, 5, 6), where the advertising department team introduced itself to the students and identified them, a constructive dialogue was made with the students about the need to set a goal / A dream for every human being and how to strive and insist on achieving it. The visit also included talking with them about the concept of sustainable development and how to preserve current resources For future generations, A set of videos explaining the concepts and goals of sustainable development were also presented, the visit concluded with a workshop with the students, where they were assigned to express the problems of environmental pollution and how to treat them with art, the students of the advertising department helped them in drawing a symbolic image and present it to the school students to learn about its content, the workshop instructed the school students on how to express the drawing symbolically, which was carried out by the students at the end of the visit concluded by thanking them for their performance, response and interaction with the team.
