The Department of Youth Welfare organized the Short Film Contest at the University level, qualifying for the Creativity 5 Competition "Ebdaa' 5", which was announced by the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The Department announced the requirements of the Contest in early November, noting that a specialized jury will evaluate the films presented and announce the results in December 2016.
