The Biomedical Devices Program, in cooperation with Orthohouse, organized the Prothesis & Medical Implant Conference for the Student Scientific Conference.

The conference was opened by Prof. Dr. Ali Abdel Aziz, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, and Prof. Dr. Iman Al-Azizi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and the acting Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Dr. Ismail Hegazy, Dean of the College of Applied Health Sciences Technology, and Dr. M.D. Hala Mostafa, Head of the Biomedical Devices Program, and in the presence of Major General Walid Mosharafa, Secretary General of the University, Prof. Dr. Mohamed El-Sayed El-Toukhi, and Prof. Dr. Hisham Hassan Saber from the Atomic Energy Authority and Professor Dr. Mahmoud Hafez, Faculty of Medicine, October 6 University, and Professor. Rawan Wael and Dr. Hani Gouda from Orthohouse.

The conference program included scientific lectures for college students to learn about the different areas of the program and to broaden their horizons in the field after graduation. A presentation of some of the distinguished alumni projects.
