In line with the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology at 6th of October University's commitment to supporting scientific research and enhancing students' role in keeping pace with modern developments in biotechnology and medical sciences, the department organized its Scientific Day under the title:
“Medical Biotechnology: Recent Advances and Innovations.” The event took place on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, in Hall 1126, with the participation of a distinguished group of professors, researchers, and students, and was held under the generous patronage of:
• Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab – President of 6th of October University
• Prof. Dr. Iman El-Azizi – Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs
• Prof. Dr. Dina Ezzat – Dean of the Faculty
• Prof. Dr. Soha Ahmed – Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Student Affairs
• Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdullah – Vice Dean of the Faculty for Graduate Studies and Research.
The day combined science, creativity, and innovation through compelling lectures delivered by distinguished professors and experts, along with student presentations that showcased a remarkable level of knowledge and ambition. 🔬 Today's topics included:

• AI in Bioinformatics
