As part of the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology’s continuous endeavor to develop its academic programs and keep pace with labor market requirements, a working session was held on Wednesday, 5/20/2026, to discuss updating the academic reference standards for the Medical Laboratory Technology program.
The session aimed to develop the program outcomes to ensure the preparation of a graduate who possesses the professional and research knowledge and skills necessary to work efficiently and effectively in various health institutions and medical laboratories, in line with the rapid scientific and professional developments in the field of medical laboratories.

Professor Dr. Nahed Mustafa - Supervisor of the University’s Quality Assurance Center.
Professor Dr. Dina Ahmed Ezzat - Dean of the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology.
Dr. Nashwa Abbas - Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty.
These efforts come within the framework of the college’s keenness to improve the quality of the educational process and develop its academic programs in a way that achieves academic excellence and enhances the competitiveness of its graduates in the local and regional labor market.
