Within the framework of the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology’s keenness to spread the culture of quality and institutional development, and to enhance awareness of the importance of strategic planning, the Faculty Quality Assurance Unit organized an awareness lecture entitled **“The Concept of Strategic Planning”** on Monday, 5/25/2026, in Hall (6119).

The lecture was given by Professor Dr. Soha Ahmed Hassan, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, where she discussed the concept of strategic planning, its importance in developing academic and institutional performance, and its role in achieving excellence and sustainability within higher education institutions.
Her Excellency also reviewed the stages of preparing the strategic plan, the mechanisms for formulating the vision, mission, and strategic goals, in addition to the role of faculty members and the supporting staff in implementing the plan and achieving the college’s strategic goals, which contributes to improving the quality of the educational process and achieving the requirements for continuous development.
This lecture comes within the framework of a series of activities and events organized by the college to support the culture of quality and promote active participation in achieving the college’s vision and mission.
