The students of the Faculty of Pharmacy at 6th of October University were trained at the Future Factory in Badr City
From 14/8/2022 To 18/8/2022
Under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Tarek Saad
A number of (20) students from the Faculty of Pharmacy - 6th of October University were trained at Future Pro Pharmaceutical Industries Factory based on the agreement concluded between Prof. Dr. Jamal Al-Laithi - Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Rifaat Al-Sayed Al-Ghobashi - Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy.
The students in the different departments of the factory were trained in the following order:
1) The first day of training (Raw material war house): The students trained on how to receive and inspect raw materials and how to store.
2) Second day of training (Processing Area): The students visited all the production departments of the factory such as the tablet manufacturing department, the capsule filling department and the beverage department.
3) The third day of training (Packaging + Finished product war house): The students visited the packaging and final product section, as well as the means and methods of storage for the final product.
4) Fourth day of training (Quality control): The students visited the product control department, how the members of the department take samples, and how to conduct tests for the product to authorize the final product to be put on the market.
5) The fifth day of training (R&D&QA): Students visited the research and development department of the factory and how to carry out research to develop the final product, and the quality assurance department to certify the final product.
The university administration has provided a bus to transport students from the university to the factory in Badr city.
The students received the training certificates on the last day through Dr. Bahaa El-Din - Factory Manager
