Which was made available through the fifteenth Training and Employment Forum
The activities of the fifteenth annual employment forum were launched yesterday, Wednesday, May 8, 2024, and continued until Thursday, May 9, 2024, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Zaki Badr, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of October 6 University, and Prof. Dr. Gamal Samy, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Hisham Tamraz, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development.
The number of participants in the forum reached more than 50 local and international companies.
The participants varied in their classification, including major companies, institutions, unions, Egyptian newspapers, etc., which provided students and graduates with many opportunities.
A large number of participating companies and institutions allow students and graduates to communicate with them after the end of the forum activities to register for training or employment through them.
Providing the opportunity for paid training through companies and institutions participating in the forum, which helps many students develop their abilities, not only skill-wise but also material.
The number of training opportunities that were made available through the forum reached more than 3,000 opportunities, and they are likely to increase after the forum, according to students and graduates’ communication with them after the forum.
The number of employment opportunities that were made available through the forum reached more than 250, and they are likely to increase after the forum, according to the personal interviews of graduates and final-year students that will take place after the forum.
The speaker’s program is diverse and provides opportunities to develop skills (cognitive - mental - general) and diverse experiences. Among the students and alumni present.
The forum day comes at the end of the activities and provides the opportunity for Egyptian and foreign companies, factories, institutions and bodies to participate in it by presenting their field of work, receiving students and graduates for interviews, and filling out forms related to training and employment.
