1. Providing the latest devices and equipment necessary for the testing of various materials for the clients of the city authority, which is supervised by a group of specialized technicians and under the supervision of the faculty members of the college.

2. These devices are periodically calibrated by the Egyptian Authority for Measurement and Calibration.

3. Providing qualified engineering cadres and expertise to provide consulting and engineering services to the regional community of the university in particular.

4- Maximizing the use of the university's educational capabilities, such as laboratories, workshops, halls, seminar rooms and conferences to serve the community.
