The Community Service Sector at the Faculty of Applied Arts - October 6 University organized the exhibition and festival “Africa in the Eyes of the International Artist” in cooperation with the African Association (African International Union) and the Ministry of Youth and Sports at the Africa Festival in the Eyes of the International Artist in its ninth session, during the period from December 12 Until December 13, 2021 at the Civic Education Center, at the kind invitation of Ambassador / Mohamed Nasr and Prof. Omar Ghareeb Hashish, Director General of the Festival, under the auspices of Prof. Mona Abu Tabl - Dean of the College of Applied Arts, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Rehab Abdel Fattah Sherif - Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development
In the presence of a number of ambassadors of African countries and a number of advisors, the exhibition included the works of more than 20 African countries, where Prof. Dr. Rehab Sharif, on behalf of the Dean of the College, participated in the jury of the art exhibition, and the African Society honored the College of Arts with the shield of the festival and received it Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.
Where the college won the award for the best artwork in the festival for Dr. Aziza Maher, certificates of appreciation for the faculty members participating in the exhibition, and certificates of appreciation for students of the College of Applied Arts in appreciation of their distinguished participation.
