Workshop Activities on "Providing Engineering Solutions to Achieve a Sustainable Environment" at the Faculty of Engineering
An important workshop was held at the Faculty of Engineering at 6th of October University under the title "Providing Engineering Solutions to Achieve a Sustainable Environment", in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Ismail Mohamed Hafez, the Faculty's deputies, all department heads, in addition to a number of faculty members and assistants,

And a group of students from all departments in the Faculty.
The workshop began with an opening speech by the Dean of the Faculty, followed by a series of lectures presented by the heads of departments and vice deans of the Faculty. The lectures covered various and important topics aimed at enhancing understanding and practical application of sustainable engineering concepts. The focus was also on the latest innovations and technologies that can be adopted to achieve a sustainable environment, emphasizing the role of engineers in addressing sustainability challenges.
The workshop provided an opportunity for students and faculty members to interact directly and exchange ideas and experiences, which contributes to enhancing academic and research cooperation within the college. Participants praised the importance of such events in raising environmental awareness and providing realistic solutions to environmental challenges facing society and focusing on innovation and sustainability in engineering.
