The Concept of Entrepreneurship and Its Importance for Engineers
As part of the Faculty of Engineering's commitment to enhancing its role in community service and environmental development, the Faculty organized a scientific seminar entitled "The Concept of Entrepreneurship and Its Importance for Engineers," within the activities of the Community Service and Environmental Development sector.
The seminar was held under the supervision of Professor Dr. Hinar Abu Al-Magd, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development, and was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Amani Saqr. The seminar addressed the fundamental concepts of entrepreneurship and the most important skills engineers need to transform their creative ideas into viable projects that contribute to supporting the national economy and achieving sustainable development.
The seminar also included presentations of successful examples of pioneering engineering projects, a discussion of the challenges facing young entrepreneurs, and ways to support them through business incubators and innovation centers at universities.
