A Clean Environment is a Human Right
As part of the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the Faculty of Engineering's commitment to raising environmental awareness and establishing the concept of sustainability,
a distinguished awareness seminar was organized entitled: "A Clean Environment = A Human Right: The Right to a Healthy and Sustainable Environment: A Legal Framework for Protecting Human Existence from Degradation."
The seminar was held under the supervision of
Prof. Dr. Hinar Abu El-Magd, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Engineering for Community Service and Environmental Development,
and was presented by
Dr. Marwa Sayed, Lecturer in the Architecture Department at the Faculty of Engineering. She addressed important topics concerning the right to live in a clean and healthy environment as a fundamental human right,
while also reviewing the legal framework that guarantees environmental protection and safeguards human existence from degradation.
This seminar is part of a series of events aimed at promoting environmental awareness and social responsibility among students and the academic community.
