Student Awareness and Academic Awareness
As part of the Faculty of Engineering's commitment to student awareness and academic development, the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Hinar Abu El-Magd, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, organized an awareness lecture. The lecture aimed to introduce students to the various departments within the faculty and help them understand the nature of study and the specializations available in each department.
The lecture was presented by the heads of the academic departments: Professor Dr. Mohamed Nabil, Head of the Construction Engineering Department; Professor Dr. Ragab Kamal, Head of the Mechatronics Engineering Department; Professor Dr. Mona Shokair, Head of the Electrical Engineering Department; and Professor Dr. Hinar Abu El-Magd, Head of the Architectural Engineering Department. They informed students about the different departments by explaining the nature of each, its fields of study, and future career opportunities. This helped clarify the differences between the departments and enabled students to develop a clear vision, allowing them to choose the specialization that best suits their abilities and interests.
