A seminar entitled The concept of carbon footprint and its impact on climate change
The Crisis and Disaster Committee, in cooperation with the Human Rights Committee, organized under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Amr Nadeem, Dean of the College, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Azza Al-Gharib, Vice Dean of the College for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, a seminar entitled The concept of carbon footprint and its impact on climate change. Prof. Dr. Hesham Aziz, Head of the Crisis and Disaster Committee at the College, lectured. It targeted faculty members and assistants. The seminar shed light on the definition of carbon footprint, carbon emissions, global warming, and their impact on climate change, as well as how to calculate the carbon footprint. The seminar was held in the College Council Hall on the first floor of the hospital.
