Orphan Day Celebration
Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Hesham Temraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, the University's Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, in coordination with the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, the Faculty of Dentistry, and the Faculty of Nursing, organized the celebration of Orphan Day. The Faculty participated under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Amr Nadim, Dean of the Faculty, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Azza El-Gharib, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs. The event hosted children from Dar Resala Orphanage, and included an entertainment program that included playing sports matches on the university playgrounds, face painting, coloring, and a segment on information in a game. Professor Samah Abu Bakr Ezzat, writer and novelist, narrated stories to children. Papalomania distributed anime booklets to the children. The Three Sisters team also presented artistic performances. The MSG Medical Sustainability team and a team from the Red Crescent Society also participated in the day.
