Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Amr Nadim, Dean of the Faculty and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Azza El-Gharib, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs and Dr. Germaine El-Qassas, Lecturer of Therapeutic Nutrition at the Faculty of Health Sciences Technology, two teams of students from the Faculty participated in the competition held by the Medical Society for Obesity Research and Treatment (MASMO) at the Sunrise Hotel in Alexandria on Friday, May 23, 2025, on the sidelines of the Association’s 18th Conference. Each team submitted a poster in the competition, in which seven public and private universities participated, including Alexandria University, Cairo University, Ain Shams University and New Giza University. The number of posters reached fourteen posters, and the first team of the Faculty won fourth place in the competition.
