Faculty of Education, 6th of October University:

Teaching Practicum Unit and the Teacher's Code of Ethics

This event is part of an educational seminar entitled "The Teacher's Code of Ethics" organized by the Dr. Mai El-Saeed Head of the TP Unit and Dr. Fatima El-Rees, the deputy. The event was held in collaboration with the Curriculum and Teaching Methods Department. It was attended by Prof Roqaia Shelby, Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Mohamed El-Shafei, Vice Dean for Educational and Student Affairs, faculty members, staff, and a large number of students from all levels and departments on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

The seminar discussed the Teacher's Code of Ethics as a fundamental document that all teachers must adhere to. Students were encouraged to maintain a proper appearance in school, treat students, colleagues, and school administration with respect, and uphold values such as honesty, justice, and trust to serve as positive role models and achieve the goals of the teaching profession.
