Within the framework of the vision of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi aimed at developing and enhancing human resources, and in line with the national trend towards building a generation that is aware and committed to its identity. Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Hanaa Fayed (Dean of the College) and the leadership of Prof. Dr. Ghada Wafik (Vice Dean of the College for Community Service and Environment Affairs) the "Our Heritage is Our Identity" initiative launched by the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels at 6th of October University comes. This initiative is not just a university activity, but rather a step aimed at deepening cultural awareness among young people and enhancing their national and national affiliation. The cultural heritage of any nation is the cornerstone of building its identity and shaping its future. From this standpoint, the initiative seeks to enable 6th of October University students to interact with Egypt's rich and diverse cultural heritage, to enhance their awareness of the importance of preserving it and passing it on to future generations. This will be done through lectures, seminars and various events. The initiative will work to awaken a sense of national responsibility among young people and connect them to the glorious history and heritage of their country, which will contribute to preparing a generation capable of facing the challenges of the future by establishing the national identity and preserving the cultural heritage.
