Under the auspices of A. Dr. Sabah Al-Sharqawi, Dean of the College of Nursing
The College of Nursing participated in the comprehensive development caravan (health - cultural - social) to the Nahia Bulaq Al-Dakrur area as part of the activities of the community service and environmental development sector plan at the university.
The College of Nursing team under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Thuraya Ramadan, Vice Dean of the College for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.
By measuring blood pressure and random blood sugar levels for 200 people from the area, and educating them on how to deal with diabetes and high blood pressure.
The team also raised awareness about reproductive health (the dangers of early marriage - and the importance and different methods of family planning).
