Activities of the symposium "Difficulties of Integrating the Newly Graduated Engineer into the Labor Market" The symposium began with the opening speech of the guest of the symposium, Dr. Ahmed Qamar, where he spoke about the difficulties facing the newly graduated engineer at the beginning of his launch into the labor market and the obstacles he faces in adapting to the work environment. Then, Dr. Ahmed Qamar suggested some solutions for the engineer such as expanding the network of external relations, keeping up with progress, and keenness on continuous learning and taking training courses. The symposium ended with thanking the attendees.
