Participation of the Community Service Sector in the celebration of the International Day of People with Disabilities
The Faculty of Engineering, through the Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Henar Abu El-Majd, and a group of students, participated in the celebration of the International Day of People with Disabilities, which was held under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Zaki Badr, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of October 6 University, Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Hesham Tamraz, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development. The celebration was organized in Hall 1126 in the Faculty of Engineering building.
This event comes in appreciation and honor of the role of people with disabilities in society, and to highlight their rights and achievements. The celebration also included various events and activities aimed at raising awareness and solidarity with people with disabilities and supporting their causes
