Faculty of Engineering Organizes a Symposium Entitled "Prospects and Aspirations of Renewable Energy towards a Sustainable Environment in Egypt"

Within the framework of the Faculty of Engineering's keenness on community outreach and benefiting from the outstanding engineering experiences in the community and spreading the positive energy in the next generation of students of the Faculty, a symposium entitled "Prospects and Aspirations of Renewable Energy towards a Sustainable Environment in Egypt" was held on Sunday 30/4/2017 at Hall 1126 at the the Faculty of Engineering premises under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Mahmoud, Dean of the Faculty,  and Dr. Ali Al-Twansi, Coordinator of the symposium and in the presence of guests of honor of the symposium as follows:

• Dr. Farouk El Hakim, Chairman of the Energy Committee of the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate

• Dr. Ali Abdel-Nabi, Former Deputy of the Atomic Energy Commission

• General Sameh Noman, Energy Expert in the Armed Forces

• Eng. Magdy Tawfiq, Consultant Engineer

• Mr. Mahmoud Makhlouf, Executive Director of Sustainable Cities

 

• Mr. Ashraf Attieh, Head of Sustainable Cities Unit
