Awareness Caravan (Rotary Shams Club)

The Faculty of Engineering, 6th of October University, participated through the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector headed by Prof. Dr. Hinar Abu Al-Majd, Vice Dean of the College for Community Service and Environmental Development, and a group of auxiliary body members, in attending the awareness convoy organized by the Rotary Club of Shams October headed by Omaima Ezzat, held at Ezbet El-Safih Nursery affiliated with Nahdet El-Mansouria Association. The convoy included awareness for children through the participating engineering sector on how to consume and rationalize water and electricity and not to waste their daily use and urge them on the importance of these resources, which are limited resources. The convoy also included, from the medical side, a comprehensive medical examination of the children in order to enhance health awareness, avoid diseases and provide community medical services. The children were examined by Dr. Hala Zidane
