Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, President of the University; Prof. Dr. Hisham Tamraz, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development; and Prof. Dr. Faten Hassan Abdel-Azim, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Therapy, October 6 University participated with Al-Basma Association in the celebration of the International Day of Older Persons.

Prof. Dr. Tamer Abu Al-Yazid, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development, paid a visit to the elderly care home “Dar Al-Hana”, affiliated with Al-Basma Association for the Disabled and Orphans, where he delivered an awareness lecture on caring for the general health of the elderly and provided advice aimed at improving their quality of life.

In recognition of their efforts in following up on healthcare for the elderly, Prof. Dr. Faten Abdel-Azim, Dean of the Faculty, and Prof. Dr. Tamer Abu Al-Yazid were honored.
