Under the generous patronage of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Hisham Tamraz, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, and upon a kind invitation from Prof. Dr. Faten Hassan Abdel-Azim, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Therapy, with coordination by Prof. Dr. Tamer Abu Al-Yazid, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development, and with active participation from the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Health Sciences Technology, the Faculty of Physical Therapy organized a Scientific Day on Diabetes as part of the celebration of the World Diabetes Day.
The event was held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, and included scientific lectures from various medical specialties, in addition to raising awareness of the importance of the role of physical therapy for diabetic patients, along with blood glucose testing for university staff and affiliates.
