Press Club Workshop at the Faculty of Media at 6 October University to develop students' skills.

 

On Monday, March 3, 2025, the Faculty of Media and Communication Arts of the University of October 6 organized a workshop for the Press Club, under the supervision of A. Dr. Dina Farouk Abu Zeid, Dean of the Faculty of Media and Communication Arts, attended and coordinated by Dr. Sara Abdul Aziz, Teacher in the Press Department, A. Maha Ashraf, Assistant Teacher in the Department, and A. Sami Kamal al Al Mu 'eid in the Department.

 

The workshop, aimed at college students, explained the basics of writing news, the qualities to be available in the journalist, as well as training participants on how to cover events, events and seminars in a professional manner.

Detailed explanation of journalistic editing skills was provided, with students given the opportunity to apply what they learned in practice
