An online seminar at the October 6 University Media Department, presented by Spanish media professor Carolina Escudora.
Under the patronage of Prof. Mamdouh Mustafa Ghorab, President of October 6 University, and Prof. Yasser Dakroury, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and under the supervision of Prof. Dina Farouk Abu Zeid, Dean of the Faculty of Media and Communication Arts, the Faculty of Media organized an online seminar today. Dr. Carolina Escudora, Director of the Barcelona Academic Program at the University of Missouri, spoke about ways to develop skills in managing crises, psychological stress, and difficult situations in the field of media work. She emphasized that mastering these skills requires continuous training, which positively impacts the quality of media, decision-making, and building professional relationships. The seminar was moderated by Prof. Dina Farouk Abu Zeid, Dean of the College, and coordinated by Dr. Ahmed Ibrahim, Lecturer in the Public Relations Department, Dr. Rashed Abu Ramia in the Journalism Department, and Ms. Ghada Abdel Ghani and Ms. Manatallah Muhammad, Teaching Assistants in the Public Relations and Advertising Department. The seminar was attended and interacted with by a large number of students at the College.
