Under the patronage of Professor Mamdouh Ghorab, President of the University, and Professor Hesham Temraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, the launch of Environment Week at October 6 University was held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. The ceremony was attended by all faculties of the university, deans and vice deans for community service and environmental affairs, and Prof. Salah Hashem, a member of the October 6 University Council for Community Service and Environmental Development.

The faculty teams participating in the sector's activities, including faculty members, support staff, and students, were honored. In the presence of Prof. Dr. Dina Farouk Abu Zeid, Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication and Arts, and Asst.
