October 6 Media participates in the Fourth Egyptian-European Media Youth Leadership Summit.

 

The Faculty of Mass Communication participated in the fourth edition of the Egyptian-European Summit for Youth Media Leadership, which was held by the Ministry of Youth and Sports under the patronage of His Excellency Mr. Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, over the course of a week at the Shark Camp in Ismailia.

 

The college was represented by Mr. Omar Sayed Al-Maeed in the Radio and Television Department, and students Aya Nasser, Hana Ahmed, Baraa Nabil, and Youssef Ahmed, as part of a distinguished youth media delegation from various universities.

 

The program included field visits to national institutions such as the Naval Academy, the Police Academy, the Administrative Capital, and the Ministry of Interior, in addition to lectures and workshops that addressed issues of media, national security, and combating rumors.The activities concluded with honoring the participants by Professor Dr.Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports.

 

The college students expressed their pride in participating, stressing their benefit at the professional and national levels, within the framework of the college’s keenness to prepare media professionals who are aware and able to keep pace with the challenges of the times
