The second visit of students from the 6th of October Educational Administration Schools to the colleges of 6th of October University.
Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Mustafa Ghorab, President of 6th of October University, and Prof. Dr. Hesham Tamraz, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, the second activities of the visit of students of the 6th of October Educational Administration Schools to 6th of October University were launched
The visit included a workshop at the College of Media and Communication Arts on "Design and Creativity to Serve the Nation", during which students were trained on the basics of graphic design using modern design tools and programs, under the supervision of a number of college teaching assistants.
The students produced creative designs that highlight the components of tourism in Egypt, including archaeological landmarks and natural and cultural destinations, in an attempt to link art with tourism promotion.
At the end of the workshop, a panel discussion was organized on designs and how to address them.
The students expressed their happiness with the experience, and praised the motivational and creative atmosphere within the college, stressing that the visit gave them a clearer vision of media work and the role of visual art in supporting national issues such as: tourism.
The delegation was received at the college by Professor Dr. Dina Farouk Abu Zeid, Dean of the Faculty of Media and Communication Arts, 6th of October University. The training program was attended by members of the college's assistant staff: Mr. Aya Miftah, Mr. Aya Salah, Mr. Omar Sayed, Mr. Ahmed Ashraf, and Mr. Radwa Mustafa.
