Novelist and journalist Essam Youssef in a symposium at the October 6 Media.
 
Today, the Faculty of Media, 6th of October University, hosted the novelist and media personality
Issam Youssef in a symposium entitled "New Media Professionals and Industry"
The future."
He was received and welcomed by Professor Dr. Mamdouh Mustafa Ghorab, President of the University, Professor Dr. Iman Al-Azizi, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Hesham Tamraz, Vice President of the University and President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Professor Dr. Dina Farouk Abu Zeid, Dean of the College. During the symposium, novelist and media figure Essam Youssef spoke about the success story of the novel "A Quarter of a Gram" and the behind-the-scenes work on the Geniuses Program. During the meeting, he also provided advice on how to build the personality of a successful journalist, the extent of the family's influence in building his successful personality, and situations he learned from his mother, Mama Lubna, editor-in-chief of Samir magazine, and his father, the novelist and media writer Abdel Tawab Youssef.
The symposium also included announcing future media projects on social media.
He received students' questions and allocated an open space to interact with them. At the end of the symposium, novelist and journalist Essam Youssef was presented with the college shield.
