 Participation of the College of Media and Communication Arts in the awareness convoy to

National Bank School and Banque Misr for Applied Technology and Food Industries. 
 
Under the patronage of A.Dr.Mamdouh Mustafa Ghorab Ghorab, President of 6th of October University, and Mr.Dr. Hisham Tamraz, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, under the supervision of A.Dr. Samir Othman, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Chairman of the University's Development Caravans Committee.
Today, the convoy of the Bank of Egypt School and the National Bank for Applied Technology and Food Industries was launched, in which various colleges of the university participated, including the College of Media and Communication Arts.
 
The college participated in a workshop and lecture to raise awareness of the dangers of social networking sites in the current era, and ways to benefit from sites without affecting mental health. It also addressed a number of risks, including social risks, security risks, privacy risks, electronic addiction that causes social isolation for some individuals, in addition to malicious rumors that are displayed on social networking sites, the danger of being led by these rumors, and how to verify the accuracy of information and news The importance of artificial intelligence applications and ways to benefit from them instead of providing direct solutions were also discussed, in addition to the college's participation in media coverage of the awareness caravan.
