 A second visit to the Mint for 6th of October media students in the first semester of 2025.

 
The Public Relations and Advertising Department organized a field visit for the department's students to the Mint Authority, with the aim of learning about the nature of work within one of the oldest production institutions in Egypt.
During the visit, the students were briefed on the stages of coin manufacturing
Commemorative medals, from design to final production. Learn about the modern technologies used in minting operations and the interest's role in preserving national identity through the products it offers that carry a distinctive historical and cultural character.
The students also listened to a detailed explanation from officials of the Mint Authority about the date of its establishment, its various specializations, and its economic importance, in addition to the role of public relations in building the mental image of the institution and communicating with the public and the media.
The students expressed their happiness with this visit, stressing that it contributed to expanding their horizons and linking the theoretical concepts they study with practical application on the ground, which enhances their professional experience and qualifies them for the job market.
This visit comes as part of the department's plan to organize a number of field visits to national and service institutions to support the educational process and develop students' practical skills.
