Television Directing Skills Workshop, Faculty of Mass Communication, 6th of October University.

 

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Mustafa Ghorab, President of 6th of October University, and Prof. Dr. Hesham Tamraz, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and under the supervision and attendance of Prof. Dr. Dina Farouk Abu Zeid, Dean of the Faculty of Media and Communication Arts, the Faculty held a workshop today entitled Television Directing and Director Skills, in which Prof. Nasr Al-Talbani, Senior Director of Egyptian Television, lectured. 

 

The workshop discussed the most important skills that a television director should acquire and how to work under pressure, especially in live broadcast recordings. The importance of time management in television radio work was also discussed, as well as the most prominent difficulties that a director faces in his work and how to deal with the radio and television work team.

 

The symposium was attended by a large number of students, faculty members and support staff. At the end, A. presented.Dr. Dina Farouk Abu Zeid, College Shield for Professor Nasr Al-Talbani in appreciation of his role and career in the field of directing.

The symposium was coordinated by Dr. Mohamed Salah and Mr. Angham Fares from the Radio and Television Department
