Discussing graduation projects for students of the Radio and Television Department at the Faculty of Mass Communication, 6th of October University, in the presence of senior media professionals and experts.
Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Ahmed Zaki Badr, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of 6th of October University, Professor Dr. Mamdouh Mustafa Ghorab, President of the University, and Professor Dr. Iman Al-Azizi, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, and under the supervision and presence of Professor Dr. Dina Farouk Abu Zeid, Dean of the College, a discussion of the graduation projects of the Radio and Television Department was held today, Tuesday 5/5/2026 for the academic year 2025/2026, in the presence of an elite group of the most prominent media professionals and experts in the field of media The discussion committee consisted of Mr. Hesham Soliman, producer, head of the National Film Festival, former head of the production sector at the United Company, and former head of DMC channels.
Professor Mohamed Ibrahim, President of Egyptian Television, and Professor Shafki Al-Muniri, media personality, broadcaster, and former president of Channel 2 and Nile Life Channel on Egyptian Television, where eight graduation projects were discussed that dealt with multiple topics, and among the projects that were presented were:
A project entitled (Children and the Land) revolves around presenting an honest human image of the sacrifices of the army and police martyrs by approaching the lives of their families after loss under the supervision of Dr. Diaa Abdullah, Mr. Muhammad Alawi, and Mr. Ahmed Ashraf.
An animation project entitled (Sand) whose idea revolves around children with cancer and how the robot (Sand) can provide support to them, under the supervision of A.M.Dr. Asmaa Masoud, Mr. Hamed Mahmoud,
Mr. Aya Tariq.
Documentary project A documentary film entitled (The Field Marshal) The film reviewed the eventful career of Field Marshal Mohamed Hussein Tantawi since his birth in the Abdeen district, through his joining the Military College, and his participation in a number of wars, including the October 1973 War, and the prominent heroics it witnessed. The project is under the supervision of A.M.Dr. Samaa Masoud, Mr. Hamed Mahmoud,

A project entitled (Mutation). The film sheds light on rare diseases by presenting some cases in addition to some interviews with officials and specialists in these diseases, under the supervision of Dr. Diaa Abdullah, Mr. Muhammad Alawi, Mr. Alaa Hilal, and Mr. Iman Al-Mohammadi.
