The Faculty of Nursing held a meeting for the new arrivals committee to introduce them to the committee members and their responsibilities, facilitate communication with them, and discuss their conditions and the obstacles they encountered during the first week of study. A data form was filled out for each student, and the study schedule and academic stages during the first semester were explained. Administrative problems were also listened to and they were directed to the relevant departments at the university to resolve them.
