· Identify the training needs of healthcare providers
· Improve the quality of healthcare through continuous education and training for healthcare team members
· Develop links between the college and the community by organizing and preparing programs and training courses aimed at serving the community and developing the environment
· Provide advice on implementing nursing systems in various hospital units (quality assurance, infection control, etc.)
