The College Administration announces an opening for the position of Director of the Quality Assurance Unit. Faculty members (Lecturer level or higher) interested in applying should submit their CVs to the Dean's office within one week of this announcement.
The following criteria apply:
1- Possesses strong leadership qualities, a decisive personality, and the ability to create a creative work environment.
2- Preference will be given to candidates with experience and participation in previous projects.
3- Demonstrates integrity and transparency.
4- Maintains positive and cooperative relationships with faculty members.
5- Has no disciplinary record.
6- Is capable of improving performance by enhancing employee efficiency, optimizing employee time, and maximizing the use of available resources.
7- Provides the best possible service to beneficiaries.
8- Has experience and knowledge of community service and engagement.
9- Preference will be given to candidates with training courses in the field of quality assurance.
