2 -Human Resources Management Specialization
Admission Requirements:
1-The applicant must have a bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a recognized university, scientific institute, or scientific academy with a good general grade, and the applicant who holds a bachelor of commerce or its equivalent from a recognized university, scientific institute, or scientific academy with an acceptable general grade may be admitted, provided that he obtains a postgraduate diploma from one of the faculties of commerce with at least a good general grade or after completing four supplementary courses in the program, which are:
A. Foundations of Finance and Financial Management
B. Contemporary Administrative Thought
C. Management Accounting
D. Quantitative methods
2-For students who are not graduates of the faculties of commerce and who hold a bachelor's or bachelor's degree from other colleges, the student must complete the study of four qualifying courses before joining the program, which are as follows
A. Fundamentals of Statistics
B. Fundamentals of Accounting
C. Fundamentals of Economics
D. Fundamentals of Management
· Supplementary/Qualifying Courses for non-graduates of Commerce Colleges or its equivalent and starts from the first of September for 3 weeks only

Required Documents
1-Original Bachelor's/Bachelor's Degree Graduation Certificate or an equivalency certificate approved by the Supreme Council of Universities for Non-Governmental Colleges.
2-Statement of four-year estimates.
3-Original birth certificate
4-A copy of a valid national ID card
modern photographs of 4x6 size.
6- Application for admission to postgraduate studies (obtained from 6th of October University - Graduate Studies Department).
Study System
The duration of study in the Professional Master's degree shall not be less than two years and not more than four years, and shall include:
·Compulsory foundation courses in the field of specialization, including four courses that are closely related to the minor and each course is repeated 3 credit hours, representing 25% of the total credit hours.
· Studying compulsory courses from other related fields (accounting/economics/statistics) related to the minor major, which consists of five courses equivalent to 3 credit hours each with a total number of 15 credit hours, and each of the foundational courses and the courses of the field are related to the compulsory (core)
· Study 3 courses in the specialization of the student's choice) Marketing or Human Resources (each with 3 credit hours
· An applied research equivalent to 9 credit hours and is prepared after studying all compulsory and elective courses and its duration is not less than 9 months and not more than one year, or choosing the second track that guarantees a comprehensive exam.
