Faculty of Pharmacy, October 6 University won the first prize in the conference "Modern Trend in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology 2030" in September 14-15 2019
A team of students from the Faculty of Pharmacy of October 6 University, won the first prize in the `` Modern Trend in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology 2030 '' Conference, held on 14-15 September 2019 at the American University in cooperation with the Scientific Research Academy. The title of the research was "The Effective Influence of Natural Nano- Molecular Pharmaceutical Product as Anti-Lung Tumor: A Laboratory Study of Design and Production" which was conducted at the Faculty of Pharmacy, of October 6 University, the Extraction Unit, Tissue Culture Unit and The Experimental Factory.
The team consisted of 30 students from both genders as participants in the research project over a year and a half under the supervision of Dr. Gilan Nazim (Department of Drugs) and in collaboration with Dr. Sahar Fayez (Department of Pharmaceutics), Dr. Suad Zakaria, Dr. Dina Mustafa (Department of Medicine and Toxicology) and Prof. Dr. Mohsen Askar, head of the Department of Biology at the National Research Center.
