This course includes analysis of administrative decisions taken by an organization’s departments that are either productive or administrative or financial or marketing. This also includes comprehending most problems and obstacles that may arise during enforcement of such decisions with a view to reaching the strategic effective management.
Hotels & Hospitals management
By the end of the course, students will be familiarized with the historical development of hospitals as well as their importance in the social and economic development in addition to the dire need to effective specialized administrations. They, also, will be acquainted with a hospital’s basic functions, hospitals planning and organization, administrative and medical department’s management and support.
Graduation Project - Management
This course aims at the practical application of basic knowledge that a student has learned during study of different courses at business administration. A student chooses, under the supervision of a teaching staff member, a certain topic to be his graduation project during which they identify the research problem and the proposed treatment method within a time schedule and methodology determined through mutual agreement with such teaching staff member supervising the project. A student’s final report is to be presented before other class mates and present teaching staff members.
