Conducts an emergency evacuation drill to raise awareness among students
As part of its continuous efforts to serve the community and develop the environment, the Faculty of Engineering at 6th of October University organized and implemented an emergency evacuation plan and experiment for the college buildings. This step aims to raise awareness among students on how to effectively and safely confront crises and disasters. Students were guided to the emergency exits available on each floor, emphasizing the importance of maintaining calm and not crowding on the stairs, in addition to avoiding using elevators when hearing the alarm. Students were also directed to follow the arrows fixed on the walls that indicate safe exit locations, to ensure their safe exit in emergency situations.
